The platform is free to browse. When an employer requests an introduction, we charge a transparent introduction fee that unlocks contact details for both sides. This keeps incentives aligned: no markup on driver pay, and no recurring margins on hours worked.

Safety and compliance are non-negotiable. We collect the right documentation, validate licences and qualifications, and protect personal data until an employer confirms an introduction. Our membership numbers allow privacy up-front, then a clean handover once both parties confirm interest.
